In his current capacity as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the venture capital firm Accredited Ventures, Inc., and the investment bank Accredited Equities, Inc., he backs new medical technologies that are considered commercially viable and that fulfill an unmet medical need, and anticipates the time for market approval to determine the proper licensing, funding, structure, and other considerations related to launching new medical technology enterprises. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Steve Kanzer understands the complicated nature of drug development endeavors, as well as such matters as finance and product development.

A certified public accountant and attorney, Mr. Kanzer focused on the legal area of mergers and acquisitions when he practiced with the New York law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP.
